Andrew Rosen became President & CEO of Hawaii State Federal Credit Union (FCU) in 2012 and has led record growth of the more than 80-year-old financial institution.
Prior to Hawaii State FCU, Rosen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Bank of the West in San Francisco. Rosen has served in senior management roles at some of the nation’s largest and most successful financial institutions including Washington Mutual in Seattle, Regions Financial in Birmingham, Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati and Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu.
Rosen sits on the boards of PSCU (a financial services company) and chairs its nomination committee; Housing Solutions Inc. as chair; American Heart Association where he serves as board member and co-chair of the 2019 heart ball; director at YMCA; chair of the Hawaii Credit Union League as well as President of the Oahu Aloha Chapter.
He received a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He and his wife Maia, a Hawaii native, have three boys.
