Crystal K. Rose, a founding partner at Bays Lung Rose & Holma, has represented numerous clients in real estate, construction, trust/estate matters that have helped shape the face of Hawaii business over the last three decades.
Ms. Rose currently serves as a Director of two publicly traded companies: Central Pacific Financial Corp/Central Pacific Bank and Hawaiian Holdings/Hawaiian Airlines. She was the Chairwoman of Central Pacific Bank and currently serves as its Lead Director and on the Audit, Compensation and Governance Committees. At Hawaiian Airlines, Ms. Rose serves on the Executive Committee of the Board and is the Chair of the Compensation Committee. She also serves on the Board of Gentry Homes, Ltd. In the past, Ms. Rose served on the Board of Hawaiian Electric Company, Ltd. and as a Commissioner for the State Department of Hawaiian Homelands.
Ms. Rose was named as Construction Litigation Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers and has been listed each year as one of the Best Lawyers in Hawaii since 2006. She was named as “Business Woman of the Year” by the Pacific Business News in 2005 and received the O‟O Award by the Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce for “Hawaii Business Person of the Year” in 2000.
