Calling Volunteers for 2019 Blue Tie Bash

Blue Planet Foundation is looking for 20-30 enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate volunteers to donate their time on Friday, September 20th, 4:00pm-9:30 pm at ‘Alohilani Resort for our annual Blue Tie Bash!

Duties include:

Silent auction assistance
Live auction assistance
Registration
Elevator escorts
Door greeters
Wine Lucky Draw assistance
Pins for Progress sales
Check out

Volunteers will be provided dinner, parking validation, and a Blue Planet Foundation swag bag!

Things to know:

Volunteer Training will be on Monday, 9/16 at 5-6 PM at Blue Planet’s office: 55 Merchant St. Suite 1700. We will be training you on the software system to be used during the event.
Call time: 4:00 pm at the ‘Alohilani Resort on September 20, 2019, for the event.
Attire: business casual black attire with comfortable shoes. No shorts, tank tops, or slippers.
The event is expected to end around 9:30 pm
