POSITION: Managing Director, Programs (full-time)
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
SUPERVISES: 2-3 program staff
LOCATION: Honolulu, Hawaii
The Managing Director of Programs plays a key leadership role on the Blue Planet team in driving our goal of 50% carbon emissions reduction by 2030. The Managing Director of Programs is skilled at operationalizing the organization’s strategy and is passionately committed to achieving desired programmatic outcomes, bringing to life the organization’s vision for catalyzing clean energy change through experienced project management, an acute attention to detail, and a systems-change approach. The Managing Director of Programs supervises Blue Planet’s transportation and youth program teams, oversees our energy efficiency programs, enhances organizational impact and budget tracking processes, and brings cohesion across Blue Planet’s project streams and grant-funded programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
The starting salary range is $83,500-$95,000. This is dependent on experience that will be discussed and vetted throughout the interview process.
