POSITION: Sustainable Transportation Coordinator (full-time) REPORTS TO: Managing Director SUPERVISES: Sustainable Transportation Intern LOCATION: Honolulu, Hawaii
SUMMARY: The Sustainable Transportation Coordinator drives impact on Blue Planet’s goal of 50% carbon emissions reduction by 2030 in the transportation sector. The Sustainable Transportation Coordinator is responsible for project management, research, and strategy for Blue Planet’s clean mobility initiatives including coordination and administration of the Sustainable Transportation Coalition of Hawai‘i (STCH) and serving as a Blue Planet liaison with transportation partners, community, and industry stakeholders. The Sustainable Transportation Coordinator is a skilled project manager and strategist that successfully leads Blue Planet’s mobility projects to completion through all phases of implementation, including planning, budgeting, execution, record-keeping, community/stakeholder engagement, evaluation, final reporting, and other activities.

COMPENSATION: The starting salary range is $55,000-$72,500. This is dependent on experience that will be discussed and vetted throughout the interview process.
